ABOUT THE ROLE: Customer Service & Sales Advisor
This is a dual-focused role combining inbound customer service with proactive sales. You’ll manage customer inquiries, support contract renewals and upgrades, and identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet customer needs. With uncapped commission potential, your earning power is in your hands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing support on contract renewals, upgrades, and general queries
Identify customer needs through active listening and recommend suitable products and services
Enhance customer engagement through tailored solutions and proactive sales approaches
Build rapport and maintain professional, friendly customer relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success
Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and industry trends

Essential:
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills

Desirable:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or contact centre roles (advantageous but not required)
Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or service-based sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

LOCATION & WORKING PATTERN:
Belfast (BT1 postcode area) – On-site role requiring five 8-hour shifts per week (out of seven days). Shifts scheduled between 8am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with rotas provided at least 1 month in advance.
