Role Overview
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator at Polypipe you will provide a professional and efficient first point of contact for our valued Customer base and external salesforce, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service every time.
Key Responsibilities include:

Managing incoming calls, telephone messages and e-mails to speedy and satisfactory outcome.

Co-ordinating across company functions, ensuring customer satisfaction is optimised and ensuring all parties involved are kept informed and up to date of any changes in a timely manner.

Managing a variety of different queries from customers / sales force representatives.
*
Customer support, including service, pricing, technical and product queries.
*
Advising customers and sales representatives on stock management issues and providing approximate dispatch dates.
*
Providing customers with updates relating to overdue orders or balances.
*
Managing and providing a professional, timely problem resolution to our customers
*
Providing administrative and after sales support for the Sales Director and salesforce team.
*
Compiling/ analysing sales data and produce weekly and monthly meeting reports.
*
Questioning and processing “non-delivered” orders, raising a credit and a new order.
*
Maintaining customer records ensuring pricelists are accurate.
Skills and Experience
*
A passion for Service excellence
*
GCSE Grade C in Maths & English or equivalent
*
Experience in Customer Service or logistics
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package particularly excel, word and PPT
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the flexibility to deal with individuals at all levels
*
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise a wide variety of tasks
*
A pro-active approach
*
Previous experience with sales Logix, Crystal or Sage products would be advantageous
