Customer Service Coordinator
A leading and established organisation based in Newry, are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
This is a Full-time, permanent position.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm (required to work a Saturday every other week)
Salary: £27,000

Essential Criteria:
* Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
* Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
* IT savvy and a proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes
* Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing the lifecycle of a customer order
* Liaising with customers on all aspects of their orders
* Processing all orders timely and efficiently
* Working collaboratively across the business ensuring customers receive their order right and on time
* Liaise with purchasing department to ensure all stock is available
* Liaise with the transport department to organise on time delivery
* Review orders daily and react accordingly
* Produce all delivery dockets
