A leading multi-brand retail and services company is seeking a highly organised and motivated Customer Service & Operations Support professional to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organisation that operates across the UK and Ireland in the retail, leisure and digital sectors.
The Role
In this dual-function position, youll play a key role in both customer support and operational efficiency, working within a friendly, supportive team. The role involves handling customer and client communications, managing support tickets, processing refunds, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in partnership with internal teams and external sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer queries, including technical issues
- Process refunds and maintain accurate records
- Manage support tickets using platforms such as Dynamics 365
- Communicate with partner sites to ensure operational uptime
- Collaborate with operations management to improve internal processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 years experience in customer service position
- Our client would be open to receiving CVs from graduates who have completed a placement year
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Proficient in IT systems
Working Pattern
This role follows a 2-week rotating shift pattern, averaging 28.25 hours per week:
Week 1 (23.5 hrs):
- Friday: 8:15am 5:15pm
- Saturday: 10am 6pm
- Sunday: 10am 6pm
Week 2 (33 hrs):
- MondayThursday: 8:15am 5:00pm
