The Role of Customer Service Administrator:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and customer support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the sales and logistics teams. You will handle customer queries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm in Enniskillen.

For the Position of Customer Service Administrator, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or telesales is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient IT skills and confidence using internal systems
  • Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
