About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Customer Marketing Manager, to own and execute the customer marketing strategy. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we know great long-term customer relationships must start from day 1. This role is all about driving engagement and retention, through regular and relevant communication streams, cross-sell and upsell initiatives, and customer events, all with the goal of keeping our customers satisfied and invested in the business, whilst supporting revenue growth targets. Working closely with our customer success team and your marketing peers across digital, product, content and more, you’ll have the best support team to ensure our customers get the most out of their MetaCompliance platform and become long-term advocates of our product and brand.

Responsibilities

  • Own, and deliver on, the end-to-end customer marketing strategy
  • Research and gain a deep understanding of our customer base – who they are, how they behave, what challenges they face, and how we can support at every turn
  • Develop targeted customer nurture programs, using email, product messaging and educational content to improve adoption and reduce churn
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to deliver educational content that helps customers stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and maximize platform value
  • Create and manage a customer event and webinar program to add value and build loyalty
  • Build and run a customer advocacy program, identifying brand evangelists to build case studies, testimonials and references
  • Use internal customer data to identify opportunities for future campaigns
  • Use customer feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing messaging
  • Create onboarding and training materials that encourage platform adoption and employee engagement from day 1
  • Monitor and report on KPIs around engagement, retention, satisfaction, and revenue, to inform and shape marketing strategy
  • Establish customer surveys and feedback loops with the customer base, to capture insights on trends, pain points, and evolving needs

Your experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Ownership of the end-to-end customer marketing strategy
  • Proven ability to develop and execute customer engagement strategies that drive retention and reduce churn
  • Experience with cross-sell, upsell, and expansion marketing strategies
  • Experience establishing customer advocacy programs
  • Data-driven – you understand the key customer metrics to report on, and can navigate Hubspot, Salesforce, and other marketing tools, to distil the data down to share with with senior stakeholders and tell the customer success story internally
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset—you can build and execute programs at pace
  • Strong writing, content creation and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth environment
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience working in PE-backed or scale-up environments is a plus
