We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to take ownership of the Brett Martin Dynamics 365 CRM System. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical skills, data insight, and communication expertise to drive CRM performance and deliver engaging, targeted customer communications across the Brett Martin Group.
You will be the go-to CRM expert, supporting colleagues through training, troubleshooting, and process improvements, while also leading the execution of impactful marketing campaigns using customer data.
About The Role
TCRM System & Data Management
- Provide CRM troubleshooting and helpdesk support for group users.
- Deliver training to new and existing users, promoting best practice usage.
- Act as the internal Dynamics 365 expert, advising on system development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CRM functionality and processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards and data reports.
- Refine and document processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
- Manage and process web leads and exhibition leads within CRM.
- Identify and resolve issues with data quality, processes, and campaign workflows.
CRM Marketing
- Design, build, and deliver CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Work with Brand Managers to maintain a customer communications calendar across the Group.
- Use CRM data to build audience segments and automation workflows in Dynamics 365.
- Partner with internal teams to define campaign objectives and priorities.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR.

Required Criteria
- Motivation and drive, with the ability to take ownership of the Brett Martin Dynamics 365 CRM System.
- A genuine interest in working with and analysing data.
- Confidence in delivering training to new and existing CRM users across the Group.
- An interest in developing and executing customer communications to enhance engagement.
Desired Criteria
- Graduate with a third level qualification in Business, IT or Marketing or;
- 2 years of experience in a CRM data or CRM Marketing role
