Your new role
Reporting to the Group Credit manager, you will:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and the sales teamManage the Accounts Receivable ledger for multiple branchesConduct risk reviews of new and existing customers to ensure appropriate credit limitsOversee credit override requests to support smooth order-to-cash processesPerform regular ledger reviews with management and branchesResolve credit account queries promptlySupport achievement of cash KPIsCollate information for legal action or insurance claimsAssist with cash recording and allocationManage annual credit limit reviews for assigned branchesEscalate account concerns to the Credit Team LeaderProvide analysis and reporting as requiredCollaborate with the team and provide cover during holidays/absences
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll bring a strong understanding of credit control and finance, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll be confident, adaptable, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a learning mindset. Key competencies include:
