This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation who are at the beginning of an exciting and large growth phase. The business have committed to investing within the Northern Irish site, to ensure they reach their ambitious growth plans, over the coming years.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Cost Accountant will be responsible for cost analysis, management accounts support, and project accounting. To be considered for this role it is essential to have previous experience within a similar role.

If you are a Part-Qualified, Qualified or QBE with costing experience:

• Strong reporting skills
• Manufacturing experience (Essential)
• Ability to work productively and flexibly while meeting deadlines
• Strong work ethic and comfortable in a deadline driven industry
• Cost Management

Responsibilities

As a Cost Accountant your responsibilities will be:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, product costings, and variance analysis.

• Maintain accurate master data in manufacturing and recipe systems, ensuring correct cost and pricing information.

• Support the Head of Finance in improving financial reporting and participating in finance projects.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with food safety policies and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the finance function
