Were a friendly family owned, busy coffee shop known for great coffee, fresh food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Were looking for a enthusiastic and reliable Cook to join our team and help us serve delicious breakfasts, brunches, and light lunches to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our menu (e.g., breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, soups, dinners).
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support stock management ordering, rotating, and checking supplies.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while keeping a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (preferably in a café, hot plate cooking breakfasts or similar setting).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well in a small team and under pressure.
- Passion for good food and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends and early shifts if needed.
