The Role:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and legal documentation
- Carrying out title checks and property searches
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Supporting with probate and wills work as required
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with proven conveyancing experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage files independently
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
