Conveyancing Solicitor – Craigavon

Location: Craigavon / Portadown area
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy and supportive property team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a reputable and forward-thinking practice.

The firm offers flexibility for the right candidate, with both full-time and part-time options available, as well as the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a broad range of conveyancing matters, supported by a strong administrative team that enables an efficient and client-focused service.

The firm understands that buying a property is often the most expensive and significant transaction a client will make. Recognising that moving home can be a stressful process, they provide a reliable and efficient conveyancing service, designed to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

You will work closely with estate agents, lenders, and mortgage advisors to deliver a comprehensive, professional service.

Typical Work Includes:

• Residential and commercial sales and purchases
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Leases and rental agreements
• Landlord and tenant law
• Site acquisitions
• Building agreements and contracts
• Secured lending and property finance transactions

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion
• Providing clear, professional legal advice and excellent client care
• Working efficiently with dedicated administrative support
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with experience in conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial property law
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident managing a busy caseload with administrative support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious and proactive, with a desire to progress their career
