Conveyancing Solicitor Belfast
A well-established, highly regarded commercial law firm in Belfast is looking to welcome a Conveyancing Solicitor to their busy property team. Known for their professional yet down-to-earth culture, this firm offers a collaborative environment where junior and mid-level lawyers are supported, mentored, and given room to grow.
This role is ideal for a solicitor with around 1 to 5 years PQE, with solid residential conveyancing experience. If youve also had some exposure to commercial property great! If not, youll have the opportunity to gain experience in that area as part of this role.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll join a close-knit, friendly team that handles a strong pipeline of conveyancing work, supporting a range of private clients, developers, housing associations and businesses across Northern Ireland. The focus will be primarily on residential transactions from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and transfers of equity with the opportunity to gain experience and broaden your skill set into commercial property and Corporate Support over time.
You’ll be trusted with direct client contact, given responsibility to manage your own caseload, and encouraged to work proactively with colleagues across the wider firm.
What were looking for:
A qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland (15 years PQE ideally).
Previous experience in residential conveyancing .
Good client-handling skills and a clear, confident communicator.
Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
A team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.
