The Role: You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing clear and practical advice to clients and managing transactions from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions. Providing clear and effective advice to clients. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders. Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Contributing to the continued growth of the firms conveyancing practice in the North Belfast office. Requirements: Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland (newly qualified solicitors are encouraged to apply). Strong interest in residential conveyancing.
