Are you an experienced Contracts Supervisor looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will be responsible for overseeing the Repairs and Maintenance contract.
The Role
As the Contracts Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* Oversee the delivery of voids, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations
* Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisation
* Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
* Monitor the quality of work performed by operatives and subcontractors, conducting inspections and ensuring that all work complies with company standards and client specifications
* Monitor project costs and assist in managing budgets, ensuring that work is completed within financial constraints
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Contracts Supervisor, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
* NVQ L3/4 or equivalent in a Trade Qualification, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related field
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card – Gold / White
* Experience in a supervisory role within the repairs and maintenance or construction industry
* SSSTS Qualification
* Experience working within the social housing sector or on large-scale maintenance contracts
