Contracts Manager (Piling)

Joining and leading pilling contractor as their new permanent Contract Manager and delivering civils projects across NI, working from their offices in Downpatrick
Reporting into senior management you will;
- Support preparation of tender documents and pre-contract planning
- Develop method statements and conduct risk assessments for projects
- Manage day-to-day site operations, leading teams to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Ensure projects meet Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards
- Monitor and control project costs and programmes
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout project delivery
- Procure materials and plant required for projects
What we are looking for
- Ideally 5 years relevant, civils / piling, contracts management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong commercial and contract awareness
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally health & safety experience
