Contracts Advisor – Construction Law Focus

A great opportunity has opened up for a Contracts Advisor to work across a variety of complex, high-value projects. This role offers the chance to build a career at the intersection of construction delivery and commercial/legal advisory work.

What you’ll be doing:

– Reviewing, analysing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements

– Supporting tenders and procurement processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation

– Advising project teams and senior stakeholders on contractual and legal matters

– Managing and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation

What we’re looking for:

– Degree in Law (LLB) or Construction, with a keen interest in Construction/Commercial Law

– Experience within construction or civil engineering and a working knowledge of NEC / FIDIC contracts

– Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

– Exposure to procurement processes and/or further legal study would be a bonus
