Contracts Administrator, Enniskillen, £26-£28k
We are working with electrical contractors, who are currently expanding their team, and seeking to recruit candidates to assist with administration in a fast-paced environment.
Assisting with the Response Maintenance team, duties will include –
- A variety of general administration for the office
- Manage email & telephone enquires both internal & from the public.
- Provide a professional level of customer service, and telephone support for customer enquiries
- Look after and maintain your own specific contract effectively, meet deadlines, ensure tenants, management and contractors are kept up to date.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, ensuring diaries are kept up to date.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support to the wider response maintenance team.
You will need:
- Previous administrative experience desirable
- Be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Ability to work on own initiative, work accurately under pressure,
- Excellent computer knowledge including MS Office
- Strong planning & communication skills, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
