Job Summary

Contracts Administrator, Enniskillen, £26-£28k

We are working with electrical contractors, who are currently expanding their team, and seeking to recruit candidates to assist with administration in a fast-paced environment.

Assisting with the Response Maintenance team, duties will include –

  • A variety of general administration for the office
  • Manage email & telephone enquires both internal & from the public.
  • Provide a professional level of customer service, and telephone support for customer enquiries
  • Look after and maintain your own specific contract effectively, meet deadlines, ensure tenants, management and contractors are kept up to date.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, ensuring diaries are kept up to date.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide support to the wider response maintenance team.

You will need:

  • Previous administrative experience desirable
  • Be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, work accurately under pressure,
  • Excellent computer knowledge including MS Office
  • Strong planning & communication skills, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
