The role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer
This is a first class 6-month Fixed Term opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a standard 5 day working week, 7am – 3pm, Monday – Thursday and 7am – 2pm, Friday.
You will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for undertaking all elements of Maintenance Engineering within a dynamic, fast paced production environment.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Fault finding
- Emergency breakdown and repair
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- New plant and equipment installation as required
- Supporting continuous improvement activities across all areas of sitewide maintenance
You will have undertaken a traditional NVQ apprenticeship and ideally possess an HNC in Electrical Engineering. You will have proven experience managing all elements of plant and equipment maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing, production or associated environment.
You will be able to demonstrate first class fault finding and plant repair experience with a working knowledge of a broad range of fast-moving production plant and equipment.
