Job Summary

We are currently recruiting a Contact Centre Team Leader on a 13-month temporary contract to support the operations of our busy Customer Contact Centre. Reporting directly to the Customer Contact Coordinator, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading a dedicated team of customer service agents.

This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to take the next step into a team leadership role.
