Job Title: Contact Centre Service Advisor (Car Company)
Location: Knockmore (Lisburn), BT28
Salary: Hourly Rate between £12.70 to £14.20 Per Hour + bonus
Permanent and Part Time – 17 hours a week
Hours: Monday and Tuesday 9am-3pm, Friday 9am-2pm

Our client is an industry leading and award-winning employer in the Automotive Sector who is actively looking to recruit a Service Advisor for their Contact Centre in Knockmore.

Job Purpose:
The in-house service centre fulfils the bookings and booking enquiry functions for our service centres located across our dealerships. Supporting both retail and commercial customers, the contact centre is predominantly a telephony based environment but will also deal with email and SMS Text enquiries.
The department acts as both a sales and customer service team, accepting and handling inbound enquiries as well as telemarketing. Owing to the competitive nature of the market, the contact centre has increased its focus on outbound calling to capture customers and reduce customer attrition. The contact centre also play a vital role in ‘customers for life’ through the prospecting and selling of ‘service plans’. Requirements:Driven in order to achieve set targets.
Proficient in using Microsoft Software?
Knowledge in both service and sales experience?
Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience in a booking centre/call centre?
Flexible and able to work overtime to suit the needs of the business.
This is a Part Time position working 17 hours per week.
This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
