About the Company:

An established environmental services company is looking to grow their Northern Ireland team. With a strong reputation in pollution response and property restoration, they work closely with the insurance industry to restore residential properties following environmental incidents such as oil spills. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction experience looking to develop in a dynamic and growing sector.

The Role:

This role is ideal for a practical, safety-conscious individual with experience in general groundwork or construction. You’ll assist in residential restoration projects, working closely with senior technicians to deliver high-quality site work and ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out groundworks and general labouring on residential environmental remediation sites
• Following safety procedures in line with Health & Safety Policy and Construction Phase Plans
• Assisting senior staff with project delivery tasks
• Supporting quality and safety systems (ISO9001 & ISO45001)
• Performing additional site-related tasks as required by management

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in construction or groundworks, including digging, drainage, and concreting
• Ability to operate mini diggers/dumpers (preferred, not essential)
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
• Right to work in the UK

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must pass a pre-employment Drugs & Alcohol screening
• A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required
