This is your opportunity to join one of NIs leading Construction companies who due to continued growth are seeking for a Buyer to join their successful team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to Directors you will
- Develop and implement purchasing procedures
- Lead a team of subcontract and material buyers
- Maintain and develop successful supplier relationships
- Negotiate effective with supply chain to ensure best value is obtained.
- Manage and report on budgets and costs
- Work closely with senior management, Finance team, QS team and site management team.
- Other adhoc duties
About you
- Experience of purchasing within the construction industry
- Experience of managing the procurement of Subcontract work packages
