Primary responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the transactional finance team, including AP, AR, and Payroll departments
• Drive budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decision-making
• Deliver comprehensive financial reporting to key stakeholders
• Engage in business partnering to enhance overall business performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust governance practices

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified accountant or Qualified by Experience (QBE) with proven management experience
• Strong background in manufacturing or FMCG industries (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of financial compliance and governance
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and business partnering capabilities
