PacifiCap Management is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Property Manager at our Welton Park location in Denver! As the Property Manager, you will work closely to ensure the property runs smoothly and efficiently. From marketing and renting apartments to overseeing property maintenance, your role is crucial in creating a positive living experience for our residents.
Job type: Full time
Location: 2300 Welton Avenue, Denver, CO
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000. Negotiable based on experience

COMMUNITY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in marketing, showing, and renting apartments
- Handle invoicing and vendor relationships
- Maintain good public relations with residents and the community
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the property and common areas
- Assist with tenant turnovers and minor repairs
- Respond to emergencies and safety hazards
COMMUNITY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager
- 5+ years of experience in LIHTC
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- High School Diploma required
