Job Summary

Were seeking a detail-oriented Community Contracts Assistant to join the team at Craigavon Area Hospital.

In this role, youll play a key part in keeping contracts running smoothly by supporting contract management, coordinating review and performance meetings, tracking compliance, and producing insightful reports to help teams stay on target.

This post is 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm with an hourly rate of £13.57.

This is a temporary 3-month role, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Main duties:

  • Maintain contract databases and SharePoint directories.
  • Coordinate and provide admin support for contract meetings and reviews.
  • Prepare reports and collate information to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Track KPIs, compliance trends, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and provide actionable information to service teams.

What We Need From You

  • 4 GCSEs Grades A C including Maths and English
  • OR 3 years experience in clerical/administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
