As part of their continued expansion, this forward-thinking business is seeking to appoint an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor, offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Republic of Ireland-qualified solicitor to step into a high-impact legal role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position offers the chance to work across a wide range of real estate matters, gain unique in-house experience, and contribute directly to the strategic growth of a company at the forefront of its industry. The Role – Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will play a central part in the efficient delivery of legal services related to Irish real estate law. Key responsibilities include: Managing a busy and varied caseload of commercial property matters Carrying out legal due diligence, title reviews, and property searches Drafting, negotiating, and completing leases, licences, option agreements, and related legal documents Ensuring the company’s real estate dealings are fully compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices Monitoring legal developments and keeping the wider team updated on changes in legislation and case law Collaborating with and instructing external legal advisors as needed Maintaining strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners through proactive communication and timely updates Providing general legal support to the business across commercial contracts, NDAs, construction agreements, and company policies Offering clear legal feedback to management and stakeholders when required What We’re Looking For – Essential Experience: A qualified solicitor in the Republic of Ireland, with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience Strong experience in commercial property law within the ROI Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate a wide range of property-related legal documents, particularly leases A proven track record of independently managing a caseload, with good judgment on when to escalate or collaborate A self-starter who works well under pressure and meets deadlines consistently Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and organised approach to work Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to explain legal matters clearly to non-legal colleagues Desirable Background: Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Previous legal work with clients in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, or telecoms Salary & Benefits: Highly competitive base salary Discretionary annual bonus (up to 10%) Private healthcare scheme Company pension contribution Life insurance cover 33 days annual leave, including public holidays Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded property solicitor to make a real impact in-house, working alongside experienced professionals in a business committed to innovation, growth, and long-term success.
