Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading commercial law firm with a strong presence in Northern Ireland. The role is open to solicitors with 2 years + PQE in Property. You will work on a variety of high profile property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate finance. This is an ideal position for a proactive solicitor eager to build expertise in a fast paced, high quality commercial property team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a full range of commercial property matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property agreements and contracts.
- Managing and developing your own caseload with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Working on high profile and complex property transactions.
- Collaborating with colleagues across offices and practice areas.
- Liaising with clients, counterparties, and other parties in a professional and efficient manner.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the firm’s thought leadership.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Qualified solicitor with commercial property experience (ideally 2 years + PQE).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Client focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to professional development and staying up to date with property law.
