The Role
Working as part of a market-leading property team, you will advise on a full range of commercial property matters, including:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, licenses)

Development projects, site assembly, and planning

Real estate finance and investment transactions

Title review and due diligence on large-scale projects
Youll work closely with high-profile clients and have genuine opportunities to lead on transactions, supported by a dynamic and collaborative team.
About You

4+ years PQE with solid commercial property experience

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Experience managing complex transactions independently

Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach
