Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in oil & gas installations and social housing projects to join a growing team in Belfast. You’ll oversee mechanical installation contracts and play a key role in managing relationships with supply chains and contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of essential heating and mechanical works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical installation contracts, particularly focused on oil & gas heating systems and social housing schemes
- Ensure compliance, quality, and efficient delivery of works across multiple projects
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal operations teams to keep projects on track and resolve any issues
- Act as the key link between site teams and senior leadership, feeding in operational updates and ensuring accountability
- Manage contract negotiations, variations, and commercial compliance
- Drive contractor performance and oversee supply chain relationships within a smaller, focused team
- Take ownership of tough conversations where needed — confidently pushing performance on the ground
- Support continuous training and development across the business as new projects are mobilised
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing contracts in mechanical services, with a strong focus on oil & gas installations
- In-depth knowledge of social housing environments, both tenanted and void property work
- Quantity Surveying or commercial background is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Resilient and confident in handling challenges and pushing site-based teams for key information
- Familiarity with contract compliance, dispute resolution, and legal terms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
