The Requirements: 5+ years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience from a Construction or M&E background. Be able to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. NEC Contracts, Cost Reporting and Financial Statements. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Full drivers licence and proficient on MS Office.
