The Role: Manage and nurture key customer accounts, primarily within the food manufacturing sector to build and maintain strong relationships Act as the main point of contact for existing customers, addressing any issues or complaints related to product delivery, quality, or order shortages Collaborate closely with internal departments including technical, logistics, dispatch, and new product development to ensure customer satisfaction Support contract negotiations and renewals in coordination with senior management Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required to meet business needs The Person: Experience in account management, preferably within food manufacturing or a related industry managing multiple accounts effectively Strong understanding of managing short shelf-life or perishable products Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving A team player who values support and knowledge sharing within an experienced and established team in a fast-paced environment What’s in it for you?
