About the Role
My client, a global insurance broker, is on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager to join their high-performing Belfast team. You’ll work alongside industry experts to place complex commercial risks, offer expert advice to clients, and manage a diverse portfolio with precision and care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Placing a wide range of commercial risks into the market.
- Providing expert advice on insurance needs to a varied client base.
- Managing mid-term adjustments, renewals, and client queries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborating closely with insurer partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring accurate file management and maintaining client confidentiality.
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in commercial or corporate insurance account handling.
- Confidence managing technical insurance matters and complex client portfolios.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service.
- CII qualified or actively working towards qualification.
