Commercial Account Handler
MCS Group is looking for an ambitious Commercial Account Handler to join an insurance broker going through an exciting period of growth in NI. This is a new, full-time permanent opportunity which can be based in multiple locations across Northern Ireland.

The Role:
As the successful Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in:
- Work closely with account executives to develop strong client and insurer relationships
- Placing multi-class programmes of insurance for a portfolio of clients
- Providing effective day-to-day management of the client relationships
- Playing a key role in the processing and administration of new business, mid-term alterations (MTAs), renewals & more
- Work effectively with broking and account teams to fully service clients
The Person:
The successful Commercial Account Handler will meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrable experience in an account handler or broker role within Insurance Brokerage
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- CII qualification is desirable, but not essential
- Acturis software experience, or similar insurance software solutions skills
