What your day would look like
- Management of varied commercial risks within the market
- Maintaining a high-quality of customer service levels with professional, customer focused management of client accounts by MTAs and customer queries
- Provision of expert and prompt advice to clients regarding insurance needs
- Ensuring individual client’s cases are completed effectively and accurately
- Strict compliance with company policies and procedures
Your skills
- Ideally already experienced in a Commercial Insurance role within a brokers
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled in dealing with technical insurance issues and dealing with a varied client base of various sizes and complexity
