You’ll be part of the organisation’s Project and Programme Management community, led by our central team with an ambition to establish a culture of excellence in project delivery across the National Trust.As the CMAP Project Manager, you will lead on the co-development of coastal adaptation plans and toolkits working with local communities and other stakeholders. You’ll be a point of contact to ensure that our properties are aware and can support where needed other partners working to collect coastal data on our sites.You’ll be managing project delivery and expenditure, risk and compliance as well as project reporting in line with internal processes and SEUPB funder requirements. You’ll use your strong communication and advocacy skills to build relationships with the coastal communities, stakeholders, partners and wider National Trust teams within the Island of Ireland facilitate collaboration.You will line manage a new Project Officer who will work alongside you and be responsible for the Blue Carbon (Saltmarsh) elements of the project. As you will be working with communities it is helpful if you can be flexible with your time as they may wish to meet in the evening or on weekends.
