The Role:
- Develop CNC programmes for intricate and bespoke components
- Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to meet critical deadlines
- Maintain quality standards, including proving out first-offs
- Create detailed work instructions and setup sheets
- Support operators in setup and prove-out of first-off parts
The Person:
- Proven experience programming 3 & 5 Axis CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC programming techniques
- Proficient in Hypermill 3 and 5 Axis
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
