MOYOLA Precision Engineering wishes to recruit a CNC Machinist to support and develop its infrastructure.

Job Title CNC Machinist

Responsible to Line Manager

Main Responsibilities are set out below.

• To efficiently produce top quality component parts to specification.
• To perform maintenance and repair work to machinery, fixtures, plant and equipment as required by the company.
• To uphold and show by example the companys standards and values.
• To work with your line manager (any of the above), to produce accurate, quality work with Zero defects to the customer.
• To continue to develop skill competencies and operate any facility required for the production of component parts.
• To ensure all work is completed within the ISO/AS9100 requirement.
• Work rotational shifts / overtime / flexible hours.
• Comply with all the companys policies, practices and rules.
• To actively participate in on-going training and development (on or off the premises).
• To be actively involved in continuous improvement activities including OEE and TPM.
• Creatively work with others to meet customer and company requirements.
• Maintain machinery and equipment to the companys standard.
• Travel to customer premises if required to meet customer need.
• Continue to progress and develop as required by the company.

4-Day Week (44 hours, Monday – Thursday)

• Days: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM |Bonus: 15%

• Nights: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM |Bonus: 33%

Rotational Weekend Shift (33 hours, Friday – Sunday)

• Days: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM |Bonus: 40%

• Nights: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM |Bonus: 70%

• Evenings:
