Job Overview

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in the Duncrue area for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver. This is a temporary role involving both local and cross-border deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Driving a Class 1 Curtainsider (and occasionally containers)

Delivering goods across Northern & Southern Ireland

2–4 deliveries per day

Securing loads using straps

Completing delivery paperwork (PODs)

Performing daily vehicle checks

Opening curtains for forklift unloading at delivery sites

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Start times: Between 05:30 – 08:00

Typical finish time around 17:00 (flexibility required)

✅ Requirements

Full Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence

Valid Driver CPC Card

Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Experience with curtainsiders and containers is desirable
