Chefs – Dungannon – £16ph
Excel Recruitment is looking to add to our team of Chefs of all levels who are available for temporary work in Dungannon, Magherafelt and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for those Chefs who want to work on a temporary basis in various areas & businesses offering great flexibility and career opportunities.
This work is mainly daytime hours, with ad hoc shifts throughout the area of Dungannon, Magherafelt, Moneymore and other areas in that region.
Chef Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience preparing and cooking in a busy kitchen environment
- HACCP & Manual Handling cert (Excel can supply this is needed)
- Available for various shifts, which may include evenings & weekends
- As Chef you will have knowledge of all food safety guidelines
- Good level of spoken & written English
Chef Responsibilities
- Working in a busy kitchen following the Head Chefs instructions
- Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
- Always cook food to the highest standard
- As Chef you will need to follow your supervisor’s instructions
- Consistently keep yourself and your work area in the kitchen clean
- Follow all health & safety as well as food safety guidelines
