About The Role
1. Load, transport, and deliver catering orders to customers safely and on time, assist with loading/unloading catering equipment as needed.
- Ensure proper handling of food to maintain quality and temperature in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage.
- Provide friendly and professional service to clients upon delivery, addressing customer inquiries or issues and escalating concerns if needed.
- Set up food and beverages as required (buffets, platters, etc.)
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fuelled, and in good working condition, conducting routine vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Verify orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and dispatch, providing support to other team members during busy periods or large events.
Required Criteria
- Must have a full clean UK Driving Licence.
