As Buyer, youll play a key role in shaping purchasing strategy across multiple disciplines, helping to ensure materials are sourced efficiently, supplier relationships are optimised, and commercial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of materials across joinery, metalwork, and wider group projects

• Identify and onboard new suppliers across multiple categories

• Negotiate pricing and contracts to drive strategic cost savings

• Support production schedules with timely, accurate purchasing

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand material needs and priorities

• Analyse market trends to inform procurement strategy

• Maintain supplier records and performance reporting

What Youll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or buying role

• Exposure to sectors such as joinery, metal, construction, or manufacturing

• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Commercial awareness and cost-management mindset

• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office
