About you
- Previous experience of purchasing within the manufacturing sector
- Experience of using MRP/ERP Systems
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager you will
- Schedule flow of Production parts
- Manage suppliers
- Release of orders to the supplier network based on current demand
- Issue and Management of Tenders, Resourcing and Cost Saving Projects.
- Manage Cost Saving projects implementations.
- Continuously improve forecasting techniques for long lead items
- Maintain accurate supplier pricing.
- Other adhoc duties
