Capex Recruitment are working in partnership with a Construction firm in the Antrim area on the appointment of a Buyer.
In this role you will work closely with the relevant departments to ensure all materials are on site, on time for a range of high value projects.

Responsibilities in your new role:
- Sourcing and buying materials from a range of suppliers ensuring best price and lead times are agreed to meet demand
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with key suppliers whilst continually analysing & monitoring performance
- Analyse stock/requisition data to optimise purchase orders.
- Frequently liaise with the internal teams to forecast material requirements
What you will need to succeed:
- A minimum of 2 years purchasing within a fast paced, procurement department
- Excellent IT skills and experience of purchase ordering systems as well as all Microsoft office applications
