Butcher Assistant / Meat Counter Operative

Hours: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Butcher Assistant / Meat Counter Operative to support a busy team in Portadown. Full qualification is not required basic butchery knowledge and experience handling meat products is sufficient. Training will be provided.

Key Duties

• Assist with meat preparation

• Cutting, trimming and portioning meat

• Stock rotation and counter replenishment

• Serve customers at the meat counter

• Maintain hygiene and cleaning standards

• Provide professional and friendly customer service
