Business Systems Project Manager
We are working with a leading client in Enniskillen to recruit an experienced Business Systems Project Manager to lead the local, end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as part of a global Human Capital Management (HCM) initiative.
The role involves close collaboration with international teams and local stakeholders to ensure timely, cost effective, and high-quality delivery.
The Business Systems Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing full local implementation of SAP SuccessFactors to include: planning, coordinating, and delivering against project timelines.
- Serving as the local lead and single point of contact between the international integration team, business process owners, and project stakeholders.
- Providing regular progress updates and reports to the Steering Group and PMO Manager.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using project management tools.
- Overseeing data integration and ensuring secure data migration and transformation.
- Managing staged (wave) deployments to align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining detailed documentation for knowledge-sharing and future reference.
- Applying project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 to support structure, risk management, and delivery excellence.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and providing leadership to local project teams.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews to identify improvements for future phases.
What you will need to have for the Business Systems Project Manager role:
- Degree in a relevant field
- Strong project management experience ideally with HRIS/HCM platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with data integration and transformation.
- Proficiency with SharePoint for project collaboration and documentation.
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
