Business Systems Analyst
We are working with a leading client in Enniskillen to recruit a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst who excels at analysing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing technology-driven solutions that align with strategic business goals.
This is a permanent role.
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for:
- Analysing and evaluating current business processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas
- Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from stakeholders
- Designing and implementing solutions that meet business objectives and enhance operations
- Serving as a technical lead on business improvement initiatives
- Supporting project management through task prioritisation and resource coordination
- Managing system implementations, conducting testing, and ensuring alignment with business needs
- Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, simplifying complex concepts
- Training end-users on new systems and providing ongoing support
What you will need to have for the Business Analyst role:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in business systems, analysis, or a related role
- CBAP or other business analysis certifications would be desirable
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for process and data evaluation
- Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis
- Solid understanding of software development and IT infrastructure
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting system issues
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
