Bela Recruitment is hiring for one of the most advanced manufacturing companies in Northern Ireland. Were looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the improvement, development, and optimisation of IT systems across multiple factory sites.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, improving processes, and delivering smart, scalable systems that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve business systems (ERP, MES and related applications)
- Deliver solutions that support operational and strategic goals
- Provide 2nd-line user support, system training and change management
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and develop effective solutions
- Drive business improvements through process analysis and system enhancements
- Support documentation, change requests and testing of new functionality

Essential Skills & Experience
- Background in business systems, IT or operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
- Able to work independently and manage own workload
- Experience working with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of industry standards, Hardware and Software solutions
- Full driving licence
Desirable
Degree in IT, Business or related field
ERP/MES experience (e.g. BC365, Marel Innova, SI)
Previous experience in food or manufacturing industries, implementing large software solutions
