Role: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Downpatrick, Co. Down
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + benefits
Setup: Full-time | Flexible working available

This role will involve analysis, design and implementation of business systems solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with process design and stakeholder negotiation, with a focus on continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Support and develop business systems, including ERP and MES

• Analyse user needs and turn them into smart system solutions

• Provide 2nd-line support and training for internal teams

• Drive process improvements and identify new tech opportunities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business

• Create clear documentation and change requests

• Help reduce environmental impact through smarter systems

What you’ll bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting or delivering business systems

• Confident working with internal stakeholders at all levels

• Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach

• Familiarity with ERP or large-scale systems

• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions

• Full driving licence

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with ERP in manufacturing or food environments

• Exposure to SI, Marel Innova, or BC365

• Relevant degree or industry certification
