Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for improving systems that make a real difference? Join our innovative team as a Business Systems Analyst and play a key role in shaping smarter, more efficient ways of working across our organisation.
What You’ll Do:

Analyse, design and deliver business systems solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Support and enhance our ERP and MES systems across multiple sites.
-
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline processes and boost productivity.

Translate business needs into system changes and support implementation.
What You’ll Bring:
-
3+ years’ experience in ERP or large-scale business systems.
-
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
-
Excellent communication skills with experience working across all business levels.
-
Degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with BC365, Marel Innova (AXIN), SI systems, or within a manufacturing/food industry environment.
